Perhaps we need a separate forum 'deadicated' to all celebrity deaths.

The way they're mounting up of late, it's become a grave situation...

The other day Jon Stewart started his show by saying something like, "any star you ever cared about died this weekend".

For the first time I actually entered one of those death pools this year...of the 20 people I named only one--Gale Storm--has actually passed.

I'm kinda happy I'm not doing better if you know what I mean...

4 years i've been in one...nothing...i think i have a shot with Walter Cronkite though...

Yeah I have him too....so does just about everyone else in the pool.

I was in a death pool back when I worked at Manny Hanny. We were not allowed to duplicate names (there were only about 8 or 10 of us in the pool), so people almost came to blows over Rose Kennedy and George Burns.

You shoulda had an auction draft like rotisserie baseball...

The one I was in many years ago was called the "Toodle-oo Derby" or something like that.

It got so popular at Garryowen's Pub that the names of hundreds of celebrities were posted all over the place.

They even had "odds" posted----I forget how that worked.

Boston Met Fan
This is my first year in a dead pool (no money). I havent hit one right yet and I feel weird every time a celebrity dies my first thought is, "did I have him in the pool."

Beaner
I must say I have never been in or even heard of a death pool until now.
