Norfolk
Manager: Ken Oberkfell, Hitting Coach: Howard Johnson, Pitching Coach: Dan Warthen. Oberkfell and HoJo were at Binghamton last season, Warthen returns to Norfolk for his second season. Binghamton Manager: Jack Lind, Hitting Coach: Dave Hollins, Pitching Coach: Blaine Beatty. Capital City's staff gets a promotion.

I haven't seen anything on the staffs at the A-ball level, other than Mookie Wilson being named Brooklyn's manager, which is old news.

The Mets don't have an affiliate in Capital City anymore. They have moved their other A-Ball team to Hagerstown.
